If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or leaking product

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

We are not responsible for refunds due to preference, dissatisfaction with scent, or normal variation, as fragrance and personal care products are subjective.

Items that have been used, altered, or improperly stored are not eligible for a refund.
